Charming, small painted marriage coffer. The lid decorated with double hearts, drapes and floral motifs, the side panels with tulips and the front bears a pair of doves.  A traditional piece from Normandy, it dates to the late 19th century


It has signs of some restoration to the interior and reinforcement of the handle.
