Very Fine Painting in Oils of a 'Noble' Woman from Vienna in Austria-Hungary in the 18th Century.


Original lettering on the reverse of the canvas (see photo) identifies her as ' Anna Vizenu Pallian'  date 1768, and the artist 'Maria Halasy'.


A printed label fragment from a gallery on the rear stretcher says  'Jacoby Kristoly' of Vienna. 


The Painting measures 38 inches high x 27 wide ( 97 x 69 cms), Circa 1740-1780  Well painted , in good condition and on its original wooden stretcher.
