Historic Enamelled Café or Restaurant Sign from France 'CAFE DE LA POSTE' . The letters in reasonable condition with a few ancient 'dings'. The large capital C has been specially remade by a still-existing enamel sign company, the other letters being original.
The rare Letters are for sale either 'As Is' or on a more impressive wooden signboard that I have fixed them to for display in our shop.
Measures 89 inches long (225 cms) mounted on the Board which is included in the price. Individual letters 25 cms high (10 ins) Capital C is 38 cms (15 ins). Letters were made in France c. 1900-1930
