Handsome Pair of Church Candlesticks from Tuscany . Dating from the mid-late 19th Century, the hand-turned wooden sticks have their original gilding and white paint., and iron spikes for holding the candles.

In good condition, the candlesticks also came with shaped metal 'crowns' , which sit unfixed on the circular wooden tops and were for catching the falling wax. These may or may not have been original or possibly from a later date.
The candlesticks measure 34 inches (87 cms) tall to top of the iron spikes.
