A quality pair of golden oak Arts & Crafts library bookcases. The moulded cornice sits above an open bookcase with ten fixed, moulded, detailed, and shaped shelves. The lower section features two drawers with well-shaped iron handles and two fielded, panelled cupboard doors with a shelved interior, standing on beautifully moulded, shaped feet. These solid oak bookcases have original patinated iron handles, hinges, and pegged construction. This wonderful pair of Arts & Crafts bookcases is in very good original condition, with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful warm patina with original working locks.
