Delightful Victorian Painted Pine Chest of Drawers of Smaller Proportions C.1890



Utterly delightful, this cottage sized Victorian chest of 4 drawers sits in wonderful worn condition and we have the key! It's a deep deep treacle colour almost black, with the lighter caramel coloured layer peeping through around the edges, knobs and feet. Country made and of super scale. Also possesses a lovely patina…



It sits in good order, the drawers are running well (we have waxed the runners), the original knobs are in place and the stout turned feet are again still in place. We have ensured that the chest is ready to place and it sits firm with aging of course.



A delightful piece of country furniture found in the rural Home Counties.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isles and for World-wide shipping.



For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
