Gordon Russell Oak Cotswold School Dining Table C1920s

A lovely Arts & Crafts Cotswold School English oak dining table with double octagonal angled column legs, chamfered sledge support feet connected by a low chamfered central stretcher. Pegged joints and exposed tenon joints make this one of our most favourite Gordon Russell designs.

Fortunately this one survives in rather good original condition with light and correct aging, no repairs or refinishing, the odd scuff and tap to the base and table edge is expected. The table sits firm with no wobbles and is ready to place after a very light clean.

Without doubt a gorgeous looking piece from Gordon Russell which is labelled underneath.

Dimensions - Overall: Height 74.5cm x Width 137cm x Depth 83cm
