Heals Mid Century Afrormosia Teak Desk C1970 with Heals Button



A seldom seen and dare we say rare Heals of London solid Afromosia Teak 3 drawer desk C1970. Style wise its spot on from Heals - gone is the curly, and elaborate design from earlier in the century and we are in the era of sensible scale, modern lines and “tight” design.



If you enjoy this era, this one is rather outstanding. We have a flight of 3 drawers each with the original steel handles and the Heals button to the top one, a side and back lightly shaped upstand to stop ones paperwork falling to the floor, well angled legs, a deep panel to one side and a lovely grain and tone to all of the piece.



Being Heals, the build and design is good and we have carefully and lightly repolished the desk in our workshop, so expect all drawers working well with clean interiors, no wobbles or sways to the piece and light wear, no nasty scratches etc.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isles and for World-wide shipping.


For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
