A very elegant and of great quality, mid 20th century Spanish lacquered Secretaire bookcase, in the Queen Anne taste, retaining the original high-relief lacquer in the chinoiserie taste.


The upper part is a bookcase opening with two doors and revealing pigeonholes and drawers. The lower part opens with five drawers on the front and a flap serving as a desk with pigeonholes and drawers, as well as a door. All richly decorated with plants and birds, on a black lacquer background.
