A good pair of early to mid 20th century ‘Eagle’ console tables , in the George I taste. after a design by William Kent, the eagles being a proper pair in that one faces left the other right. Both in carved giltwood with spreaded wings, standing on giltwood rocks, a carved and giltwood freeze below the original dark green marble tops.
