With the inscription Westminster Virginia Cigarettes.
A feature that stands out is the Westminster logo and the trade mark fist logo flanked by wings and crown underneath.
Handmade in the USA.
Highly sought after by collectors.

It has drill holes on the flange no screws are included you would need to buy the screws and also possibly drill a couple more holes on the flange as parts of the drill holes have eroded away.
