Antique Georgian British Small Architectural Regal Lion Lead Garden Fountain Crown Finial Sculpture.
Make your garden stand out with this traditional impressive Regal lion garden crown finial, it has an attached small tube on the back where it would of originally sat on top of a fountain.
In the highly sought after antique Georgian design, in circular shape form. Hand cast in the form of a regal lion face mask shown in the central area.
Handmade from lead.
Circa early 19th century late Georgian era.
Origin from the United Kingdom.
Free standing.

Provenance bought from a private large Shire stately home garden collection.

Offered in fine old used worn charming patina condition.
Having various general weathering wear, stains, scuffs, warping, dents, losses in places commensurate with usage & old age. It also no longer has a central hole for the water to go through as it has been filled welded in, you would need to drill a new hole in its mouth area.
