This stunning pair of British oil paintings capture the power and majesty of two Thoroughbred horses in their stable. Perfect for the equestrian enthusiast, these paintings are a beautiful addition to any home.
Subject thoroughbred horses in stable facing right and left quarter length head profile, they are looking out of there stable door, one is dark brown with white & has longer hair and the other lighter tan with white having shorter hair and wearing reins.
The horse on the left is called Jojo and inscribed the other is unnamed.
The facial muscle definition on each has been painted masterfully.
Set in traditional decorative gilt frames.
Signed by the British artist B Day.
Medium is oil on board.
Circa late 20th century 1970's.
Nice small display size with each frame being 24 cm wide & 29.25 cm high.
Provenance from a private equine artwork collection.
