Large four door mahogany library bookcase c.1870. Glazed bookcase top fitted with three adjustable shelves to each section (internal depth 10¾"). Over a deeper base with blind panel doors and a single shelf inside (depth 17"). Simple uncluttered design with a deep ogee moulded cornice and carved corbels top and bottom, rounded upper corners to the door panels, set within moulded surrounds. Raised on a crossbanded plinth. Solid mahogany sides and groundwork to the doors. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
Splits into two pieces plus cornice for delivery.
