Superb giltwood and marble top coffee table c.1930. 46" x 23½" green marble top with lobed corners. On an elaborately carved giltwood base. The shaped and pierced ends with scrolling acanthus detail joined with crossed stretchers with a floral carving at the centre. Original gilding of lovely mellow colour, worn and rubbed in places. Very good condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
