A vintage painted tole 'Potted Olive Tree' sconce naturalistically designed with a profusion of fruiting leafy branches emanating from an elegant classical vase, the twin serpentine arms with scalloped leaf form bulb holders, hand painted with silvered and gilt details.  In very good overall condition with only minor paint losses commensurate with age but not detracting in our opinion.  A rare find in this sought after design, size and condition and probably by the exclusive French maker Maison Pouenat.  Stunning on the wall!  Can be wired and PAT tested - please enquire.
