Item Details

Tarring fishing nets in Yngsjö by Swedish artist Börje Nettelbring (1913 to 1986). Born in Willands Vånga, he studied at Clemmesens School of Painting in Copenhagen and travelled for further studies in Norway and Germany. His landscape paintings were often inspired by the lives of fishing communities, which he translated into oil and watercolor paintings.
