Item Details

Circa 1900. Quality carved Ceylonese padouk circular occasional table. The circular top in well figured padouk with a carved foredge over a deep foliate carved frieze with dragooning. Supported on a shaped finely carved tapering stem with foliate carving, bulbous sections finishing with a carved flared collar, resting on a concave triangular carved platform base over on three bun feet.
