Circa 1900. An exhibition quality sectional bookcase by the Lebus bookcase company, with typical Lebus ¾ gallery which is beaded and arched at the back. Greek key pattern carved into the frieze, a combination of three full length graduating doors, each has two cast brass knob handles and a heraldic shaped escutcheon with the Lebus bookcase name embossed on it. Beneath the first door there is a concave section with two further deeper sections beneath, fielded panels to the sides and finishing on enclosed plinth with an ogee moulded to the foredge.
