Circa 1900 and later. An interesting rectangular table from Sorrento, Italy, (altered) the rectangular top with canted corners and a classical imagery, framed with chequered inlay in various woods. The fore edge of the table with chequered inlay and a shaped and inlaid frieze. The table stands on four turned walnut turned legs which finish on a simple circular foot.
