Circa 1890, small Adams style mahogany cylinder desk. With three-quarter gallery of small, capped, turned mahogany balustrades over a foliate carved cylinder with swags and tails motifs, opening to a simple interior with pigeonholes and pull-out writing slide. A full length drawer with further carvings is over a bank of drawers with blind fretwork and the back and sides in solid mahogany with fielded panels.
