A vintage "pylonesque" iron table with a custom thick fossilized stone top. French approx mid 20th century.
In very good condition, top in excellent condition. Strong and sturdy, riveted construction (some later reinforcement welds - not prominent).
Fully rubbed up and waxed (museum microcrystalline clear wax).
Dimensions in inches/cms;
Stone top is 33.5"/85cm x 21.5"/55cm (the same dimensions as the legs at floor level).
Stone thickness is 1.75"/
Height with stone is 33"/84cm.
Metal top without stone is 26"/66cm x 18.5"/47cm.
