A very rare set of four south Yorkshire 17th century Oak back stools.


 


Each with carved and scrolled arches to their backs, with three turned drops to each arch. A panelled oak seat, resting on jointed bases with ball and fillet turning.


 


Each chair has attractive patination, warm colour, and solid construct.
