Superb Leather Strap and Steel brutalist coffee or centre table, designed by Jean-Pierre Ryckaert in France in the 1950's. the thick leather straps wrap around the bent steel legs and central steel ring. A wonderful original example of Ryckaerts' ionic design. The glass top is a modern replacement and measures 90cm across, the leather and steel are in excellent condition.
