A Good Small Mid Century French Mahogany Bureau Plat or Writing Table with Fine Blue Leather.

This bureau plat is of small size and has been made in the Louis XVI style with restrained ormolu mounts and a fine mahogany surface. It retains the original blue leather insert in the top and the two pull out writing slides. Having slim proportions and stands very well.
