Item Details

Large “sputnik” chrome floor designed by Gaetano Sciolari and produced by Sciolari Illuminazione Arlum Srl in the 1970s. It features 11 lights spread evenly within the sphere; the 11th light fitting is at the centre pointing upwards. The lamp is made from chromed metal, chrome rods, curved rods and little balls with a chrome sphere at its centre. In a good vintage condition. The central stem and the base of the lamps have been re-chromed recently, the sphere has been left in its original condition.

Recently rewired to the UK standards.
