Edwardian child's oak desk and chair of solid construction, visible dovetail joints and through joints on the chair legs, under the front rail are a pair of castors so you can lift the chair and move it about easily, the chair seat moves back and forward on rails, with cast iron hinge supports, the flap opens to a very clean interior, with no graffiti. British, circa 1900.
Condition: Lovely original condition, no inkwell, some ink marks to where the inkwell sat, the oak timber has developed a lovely golden colour with some discolouration in parts.
