This is an antique 3 fold scrap screen. An English, oak photographic prop or decorative room divider, dating to the early Victorian period and later, circa 1850.



  • Strikingly decorated screen, with fascinating colour and black & white illustrations

  • Displays a desirable aged patina and in hand-decorated order

  • Select oak frame presents fine grain interest and warm caramel hues

  • Of three fold form, with domed top and turned acorn finials

  • One side presented in colour, with the reverse in monochrome

  • Collated scrap works from newsprint, advertising, photographs, cards and magazines

  • Can extend to near-flat for propping against a wall - could be used as a headboard
