This is an antique three panel dressing screen. A French, giltwood and glass room divider, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.

Strikingly decorative screen with great colour and detail
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout
Rich golden tones adorn the substantial show frame

Upper frame accentuated with scroll shell and foliate relief decor
Traditional print to the central panel in the Trumeau fashion with romantic figures and cherubs
Dressed with a quality, silk cotton in champagne gold with flower pattern
Charming later covering to the reverse with a jovial poodle pattern
Folds flat for ease of storage upon stout, dual action brass hinges
