This is an antique artist's materials table. An English oak fold out companion stand by Roberson & Co of London, dating to the mid Victorian period, circa 1870.

- Each drawer dressed with a distinctive drop handle over matched quarterfoil backplates
- Brass inset maker's mark for Roberson & Co of Long Acre, London (C.1850 -1937 at that site)
- Plinth base with a quartet of bun feet, riding smoothly upon concealed castors
