This is an antique carved lion figure. An English, giltwood decorative desk or mantle ornament, dating to the mid Georgian period, circa 1750.



  • Charmingly original lion, with lovely colour and good detail

  • Displays a desirable aged patina and in original order, save for his cropped tail
