This is an antique secretaire cabinet. An English, mahogany chest of drawers with drop front writing desk, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1800.

Each drawer dressed with quality drop handles sitting upon decorated oval backplates
Inset brass lined locks to each drawer front — untested, keys absent
