Late 18th Century Swedish painted pine sofa.
This sofa has been dry scraped and paint back to its original oatmeal colour with a decorative frieze. With mythical beasts flanked by four columns with finials and a reeded lower plinth.
The whole terminates onto six decorative legs with an upholstered drop in seat with two bolsters.
A superb example of early Swedish design, that would suit both classic and contemporary interiors!
