Swedish extending dining table with two demi lunes made in around 1830 with two extension leaves that are later, around 1900. Simple mechanism underneath (new metal clips) and it can be either with one or two of the extension leaves - with both, seating 6 people. The demi-lune legs sit at each end so seating is more comfortable with dining chairs placed at the sides on each end. A country, more rustic piece, scraped back to paint that will have been included at the later date. Leg room is 72cm on a total 74cm height. Each leaf is 55cm wide so extended with one leaf only will be 199cm in length.
