Item Details
A fantastic folk art vernacular Windsor chair from North Yorkshire. Retaining much of the original paint. In well used worn condition with various primitive repairs including additional iron work supports and a replacement back leg. The chair has been in the same Yorkshire farmhouse since it was made, it has had a hard life, we have cleaned it and treated the worm damage other than that the chair is in "as found" condition. A fantastic rare survivor and wonderfully sculptural piece.
