An early 20th century plaster bust by the renowned sculptor Walter Marsden (1883-1969) previously part of an exhibition at the royal academy of arts.


Mostly he is renowned for his work with war memorials in the UK.


However his works have appeared on display in the Royal academy of arts.


This bust is of plaster construction with a bronzed verdigris appearance that is of the highest quality.


Purchased from the Marsden estate.
