Item Details

A late Georgian/early Victorian pine chest of drawers. This set has a beautiful patina, with much of the original paintwork now 'crackled' with age, and period dents and scratches to woodwork. It has typical Georgian proportions both in its overall width and in the graduated depth drawers. Drawers run smoothly. Replaced base and some old repairs. A great piece that oozes history. Just perfect for the 'well worn' interior.
