Antique Gothic Revival ash & leather armchair desk chair, sitting on castors. English - Circa 1880.


The chair has been fully reupholstered including re-webbing and finished in a quality pigmented dark brown leather by Wildman & Bugby. It has a smooth texture and is durable. The inners all comply with fire regulations.


The stylish ash frame has line and dot carved detail. The frame has been cleaned and waxed and in very good condition, showing a few light marks with use. The chair is sturdy with no loose joints or damage.


This piece would work well as a desk chair as it has an upright feel.

The seat height is 52cm, there is 45cm in width in between the arms. The are heights are 70.5cm.

Delivery is included in the purchase price for all areas in MAINLAND England & Wales.
This is via a two-person team to a room of your choice with good access.
Delivery usually takes 5-10 working days from receipt of payment (may be a little longer in more remote areas).
There is an additional charge of £12 per floor for delivery via the stairs above the first floor, if there is no lift the item can fit in.
