Early Georgian Antique Stone Ecclesiastical Mortar – Dated


A lovely early 18th century antique stone mortar that is dated 1723 and with carving to two sides of an arch topped window with a cross within. Square in design with shaped shoulders, probably from a church, chapel or abbey. In very good condition, a rare survivor and great having the date and designs hand carved.
