English Early 18th Century Antique Elm Door in Paint


A fabulous original early 18th century antique planked door made in solid elm wood with an old Georgian paint finish and a lovely faux painted finger plate. In superb condition, featuring overlapped moulded edge boards, original iron hinges and box lock with wooden handle. Being elm there is very old woodworm, but this has been thoroughly treated again. A wonderful architectural antique English door that dates to around 1720.
