Pair of High Quality Edwardian Antique Oak Haberdashery Cabinets


This pair of English Edwardian antique oak haberdashery / shirt cabinets are of very high quality manufacture, much better than most. They each have fourteen glazed fronted drawers that slide out well, over two larger solid oak fronted drawers. All have the original handles, the sides are well panelled and the cabinets tops are thick and strong, so could have pieces displayed or stored on top. They are both in superb, clean condition and are a lovely original colour to the oak timbers. They date to around 1915.Originally used in a Haberdashery shop, but they do make ideal bedroom storage cabinets for clothes. In the past, we have sold them to artists and crafts makers for storage of paints, wool and materials. A superb large pair of antique oak glazed fronted cabinets.
