Item Details

A very nice pair of arts and crafts red terracotta garden urns by the famous Compton potteries founded by Mary Watts. This model, the 'poppy' pot in their catalogue is in the typically coarse red clay used in the early 1900s. One pot has the Compton stamp and both have the artisans initials on the inside. Small damages to the rim of the base - see final photo.
