A very rare architectural frieze panel modelled by Doulton at the height of the Arts and Crafts period for a building in Eastleigh, Southampton. Signed by the very skilled artist AWG. He has also inscribed 'samon' on the panel and he was obviously a better artist than a speller! Part of a set of seven being sold individually.
