C1850 A Rare Inlaid Spanish Walnut Commode - certainly a talking point, this incredible commode has a top pull out drawer and a hidden latch to reveal the main open compartment.

Made from Walnut & inlaid with Boxwood, Satinwood & Rosewood as well as some burr woods - it's almost specimen wood parquetry.

Probably made to mirror the house it was commissioned for, this is truly a one off piece!
