Outstanding Regency two door sideboard in rosewood, having a shelf to the back with finely carved decoration to the top and quadrant beaded edge flanked by C shaped carvings, all supported on turned columns above a fantastic grained top, two mahogany lined drawer with quadrant beading and a pair of panelled doors fitted with original working lock, key and brass centre bead, all flanked by turned columns, standing on substantial paw feet to the front and scrolled feet to the back. This antique chiffonier retains its original finish which has been cleaned, revived and waxed, good deep colour and patina, all in excellent home ready condition. c1820
