Item Details

Antique French oval mirror, circa 1890, with wide, gently curved, etched gilt frame decorated with sprays of flowers and leaves. The outside of the frame has a little ribbon twist design and the sight edge (edge closes to the glass) is decorated with a row of beading. A burnished gilt band separates the beading from the etched section. The original glass has a little freckling but gives a very good reflection.
