Item Details

This framed textile are the pretty little ends of a Turkish Ottoman towel. The towel was hand-loomed in hand-spun linen and embroidered with silk and metal thread. I've sewn the towel onto antique hemp in a similar colour to the textile. I particularly like the tiny little tassels on the end on the towels. The linen is in good condition with just couple of faint marks that aren't too noticeable.
