These striking cushions are made from a vintage Zhuang Nung ethnic minority wedding blanket. The blanket is hand loomed in hand spun cotton yarn and coloured with natural dyes. The loom was narrow, around 15" wide, hence the seam on the front to get the desired size of the  cushion. I've backed the cushion with another vintage handloomed textile from East China in dark striped indigo with a white pinstripe. There is a zip fastener and deluxe feather pad.
