The two sides of this beautiful vintage Swat marriage pillow are held together by lots of tiny brass buttons. The two sides of the pillow are also embroidered with amazing skill. Its lovely quality work in deep red and pink silk thread. The sides have very different patterns which I also think makes it a more interesting pillow. Both sides are shown in the thumbnail photograph. I really like it and would like to keep it if i had more room. There is a fat feather insert. 


These pillows were used a lot on sofas by Robert Kime in his country house interiors and i like to use them on beds as well because they are a good size.
