These cushions are made from a now rare vintage Yoruba aso oke with floating supplementary weft in the zig zag pattern. The weave is extremely good, with tight and strong zig zags. The aso oke is a greige coloured mix of cotton and slubby wild silk, with the pale blue stripes probably in rayon.
The cushions are back in heavy linen, have zip fasteners and feather pads.
